So What's this about anyway?

A Clockwork Green is simple but effective time tracking system designed for anyone who would like to keep track of how much time they spend on different projects.

With A Clockwork Green you can add multiple projects for each of your freelance clients, work focuses, or personal projects.

Once you create a project you can track the ammount of time you spend on each project by starting and stopping the clock or by manually adding the time after the fact.

You can also write a short description of what you worked during that time to keep track of exactly what you accomplished.

A Clockwork Green will keep track of how much time you work on a project each week, month, or over the lifetime of the project, and allows you to run reports and export the data for use in timesheets, invoices, or more elaborate reports.

Why?

A Clockwork Green began as a personal tool for Brad Rodriguez, a web developer who needed a way to track the time he spent of different freelance projects. Brad couldn't find an existing tool to meet his needs so he began writing one for himself, and decided to release it into the wild so others could benefit from the work he had done.

Although A Clockwork Green was originally written for a very specific purpose, we look forward to it evolving into something that meets the needs of all types of users.
